Counselling can provide a supportive environment that allows you to explore changes you want to make in your life and provide solutions to help you get there. We work together to develop behavioural interventions for all ages to help you and your family thrive!

Physiotherapy is a treatment to restore, maintain, and make the most of our mobility, function, and well-being at all ages. Physiotherapy includes rehabilitation, as well as prevention of injury, and promotion of health and fitness. Physiotherapists get you involved in your own recovery.
We are so happy to also offer pelvic floor physiotherapy for women (perinatal and perimenopause) and children (think bedwetting & constipation) -
Occupational Therapy works to support individuals and families with neurodivergence – including (but not limited to): ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety/Depression, PTSD, and complex trauma. Many individuals with difficulties in self-regulating struggle to participate in simple tasks of daily life. This often has to do with our ability to intentionally shift between functional nervous system states – skills that are largely developed during the first several years of life. We help to build these!

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We get that life can get a bit crazy sometimes, but we kindly ask that you give us notice if you need to cancel your appointment with any of our awesome practitioners here at The Wellness Clinic.
Please call us at least 24 business hours before your scheduled appointment time, and we'll make sure everything's sorted out smoothly.
As a reminder, we will list our cancellation and "no-show" policy for your convenience.
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask all patients to provide a minimum of 24 business hours notice for any appointment cancellations with our practitioners. In the event that a cancellation occurs without 24 hours notice, a 'no show' will be recorded on file. In such cases, a fee will be added to your profile and invoiced accordingly.
Please note that once any outstanding fees are settled, we'll be more than happy to assist you in booking your next appointment.
No Show fees
For any non-medical appointments(counselling, registered social worker, dietitian, physiotherapy, and speech-language therapy services); "no show" fees are 100% of the appointment price.
For any medical appointments; "no show" fees are $60.00.
Late Policy -Practitioner Discretion
Our practitioners are committed to ensuring the best possible care for every patient. In the event of a late arrival, our team will do their utmost to accommodate, ensuring that the patient receives attentive care. This means that the practitioner may still see the patient within a slightly abbreviated session, maintaining their commitment to quality care, or they may request that you reschedule your appointment(standard appointment charges may apply). Please note that if a patient arrives more than 15 minutes late for any scheduled appointment, it will be recorded as a missed appointment in our records, and a “no show" fee may be applied to your account.
